All of our travel consultants are trained under a specially devised training program to develop their expertise in all aspects of travel and customer service. Crystal Holidays Travel’s itineraries aim to bring travelers great experiences to explore the varied cultures, care for communities and protect the environment. We personally check the hotels, resorts, and restaurants, and listen carefully to our client’s requirements in order to deliver the right itineraries and experiences.

Our travel itineraries are designed from the heart. We support local economies through tourism and work to preserve the heritage and history of all our destinations. We are also taking steps to minimize our carbon footprint on the environment. The environmental protection project that Crystal Holidays Travel continues to develop stems from the achievements of Mekong Travel and Mekong Rustic:

CBT Hoang Su Phi sponsored by Rural Economic Development Organization (CRED) from 2015-2019
– Crystal Holidays Travel created surveys and carried out assessments of tourism potential in 5 communes of Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province and raised awareness through training and actively encouraging community participation in our environmental programs. We conserved natural attractions such as the most beautiful terraced fields in Vietnam, while respecting the unique culture of the Zdao ethnic people in addition to training them to welcome visitors. Now, Hoang Su Phi has become a premier destination of Vietnam.

We make sure all the animal sanctuaries we associate with complying with animal protection standards. We prioritize the welfare of animals under human control, making sure they have good practices in feeding, housing, health and protect the animals from fear and distress.

Any kind of practice relating to “animal tourism” is unacceptable. Crystal Holidays Travel does not promote any wildlife experiences that are deemed to be ‘unnatural’ interactions including, elephant riding, tiger petting or swimming with dolphins.

Crystal Holidays Travel created great learning opportunities and company culture for staff, while always been a socially responsible company. Together with Mekong Flash Travel and Mekong Rustic, we continue to contribute to the local and global communities to create real changes. These include the

Community Tourism project in Tram Chim National Park in Tam Nong District, Dong Thap Province sponsored by Save Vietnam’s Wildlife(SVW). We have been working together as a unified team to empower communities through access to food and education, therefore we have been able to do a lot of good over the years.

Here are some of the community projects Crystal Holidays Travel joined:

– CBT Bac Ha sponsored by CRED from 2019 to 2021: Using tourism activities to improve the living condition of ethnic minority women in 5 communes of Bac Ha district by training women in welcoming guests, being tourist guides and maintaining traditional work.

– CBT Tram Chim Tam Nong, Dong Thap sponsored by Wildlife Protection Organization (WWF) (2016-2017): Crystal Holidays played an important role in redesigning the Tam Nong National Park visitor programs in order to attract tourists, advised households in the national forest area to renovate their existing houses to be eligible to receive tourists and trained local tour guides to improve service quality.
